After the inaugural BEAR Summit 2025, BEAR Summit 2026 accelerates the transition from discussions to delivery: talent pipelines, training centers, policy frameworks, and pathways from ideas to deployable systems and global-scale digital products.
Silicon River is the national vision and global positioning framework that connects the full stack: education → training → research → productization → industry partnerships → global branding.
BSIA is a major partner enabling coordination, stakeholder alignment, and sustained momentum.
